Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience in all customer-facing areas.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and staffing needs, coordinating with store management.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to teammates to maintain a high standard of service and store operations.
