• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets and pricing.
• Promote company programs and loyalty campaigns to customers.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with the store leadership team.
• Develop schedules and allocate workload to meet athlete traffic and goals.
• Lead a team and handle onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
