Qualifications

• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising and athlete experience.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and ensure an athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities with the SM and ASM.
• Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate teammates; ensure compliance with policies.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
