Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor by ensuring strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience in all customer-facing areas.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and execute plans within budgets and goals.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, front end tasks, and staffing to meet payroll and financial goals.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop teammates while maintaining a respectful, welcoming store environment.
