MedNOW Clinics in Aurora, Colorado seeks an experienced EHR Specialist to serve as the primary Athenahealth expert and organizational SME. You will own Athena support, troubleshoot workflows, train staff, and coordinate with Athenahealth across the enterprise.

Join MedNOW’s administrative leadership team to standardize workflows, manage access, and drive EHR improvements while safeguarding patient privacy and HIPAA compliance across multiple clinic locations.

Formación

• Experience using Athenahealth in a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of EHR workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience troubleshooting EHR or practice-management system issues.
• Experience working with providers, clinical staff, or healthcare leadership.
• Ability to own system issues and drive to resolution.
• Excellent communication and follow-through under HIPAA constraints.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as MedNOW Clinics’ primary Athenahealth point of contact.
• Act as internal Athenahealth SME across the organization.
• Provide Athena support to providers, staff, and departments.
• Troubleshoot Athena issues and follow through to resolution.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of new Athena features.
• Develop training materials and user guides.
