Central City Integrated Health seeks an EHR Clinical Systems Administrator to manage the athenahealth platform and related EHR systems across our clinics. You will ensure system availability, proper user access, and efficient clinical workflows while serving as the first IT contact for staff at multiple locations.

The role requires experience with EHR systems in healthcare, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel between CCH locations.

Formación

• Experience administering athenahealth or similar EHR systems in healthcare.
• Minimum 1 year as a systems administrator in a healthcare setting.
• Experience IT help desk support including remote troubleshooting.
• Experience managing user onboarding/offboarding and access control.
• Ability to learn and administer multiple clinical and business systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and handling of patient information.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to travel between locations.

Responsabilidades

• Administer athenahealth platform: users, roles, permissions, templates, workflows.
• Set up provider access including e-prescribing and credentialing.
• Liaise with athenahealth vendor and manage support cases.
• Build knowledge to administer other EHR/clinical systems.
• Support upgrades, testing, rollout, and communicate changes to users.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation.
• Travel between CCH locations to resolve issues on site.
