Central City Integrated Health seeks an EHR Clinical Systems Administrator to manage athenahealth and optimize EHR workflows. This role acts as the IT frontline for staff across locations and will expand expertise to other clinical systems.

Responsibilities include implementation, support, training, and incident management, with travel between CCH locations and periodic after-hours outages. Prior experience in healthcare IT and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience as a super user/administrator of an EHR system (athenahealth or similar).
• Healthcare IT systems administration with at least 1 year in healthcare.
• Provide IT help desk support, including remote troubleshooting.
• Onboarding/offboarding and access control.
• Learn and administer multiple clinical and business systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling.
• Strong communication and organization, able to prioritize requests.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the athenahealth platform: user accounts, roles, templates, workflows, configurations.
• Set up provider access including e-prescribing and credentialing for new providers.
• Liaise with athenahealth vendor and manage support cases to resolution.
• Support and learn other EHR/clinical systems used by the organization.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and rollout of new functionality.
