Job summary
Great Falls Clinic Hospital seeks an Athena EMR Analyst to provide technical support and systems analysis for the Athena AMB EMR across clinical and operational areas. The role focuses on enabling effective EMR use, secure access, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization while protecting patient information.
The candidate should have a health information management-related degree, Athena Certification (preferred), and 3+ years of ambulatory EMR experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health information management, healthcare administration, or a related field, required.
- Athena Certification, preferred
- EMR Athena Super User Certification, preferred
- 3 years of ambulatory healthcare experience with EMR use or support PHI handling.
- Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating resolution.
- Experience supporting workflow analysis, training, and change adoption.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and systems analysis for Athena AMB EMR.
- Identify, prevent, and resolve service interruptions within EMR environment.
- Serve as SME for clinical and operational departments across the Clinic and Hospital.
- Support effective EMR use, secure access, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and patient data protection.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support EMR administration duties.
