This role emphasizes multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll contribute to a welcoming, organized store atmosphere and loyalty engagement.

• Proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions and manage pickup areas.
• Maintain organized pickup/return areas and ensure curbside BOPS delivery happens smoothly.
• Promote Loyalty program benefits and thank customers at checkout.
• Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration.
