Qualifications

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand policies and safety rules in English.
• Able to address customer needs and resolve issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warm hospitality and assist with BOPS and returns.
• Maintain organized service areas and ensure smooth pickup/return processes.
• Support customers in fulfilling total store orders and promote loyalty benefits.
