Coloplast is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Interventional Urology in Northern California. Location: Sacramento, CA.

The role focuses on selling Coloplast’s implantable and single-use surgical devices to urology accounts, building strategic plans, and maintaining productive relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to travel 30–50%.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve territory sales objectives and develop a clear strategic plan for Northern California.
• Cultivate business partnerships with key decision makers and provide clinical consultations.
• Drive market share and sales growth for Coloplast implantable and single-use devices.
• Prepare and deliver compelling value propositions using financial and clinical impact.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and inventory management as directed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share knowledge and leverage synergies across product lines.
