Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager for its Public Housing Team to deliver expert software support and guidance across multiple products. You will troubleshoot issues, provide setup assistance, and build trust with clients through proactive communication.

The role requires strong problem-solving, exceptional customer service, and a quick learning curve as you master Yardi products and industry trends. Occasional travel for training is expected to start in the second week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent.
