Job summary

You’ll assist clients by phone and email, guiding implementation and day-to-day use to ensure a smooth, successful experience.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset. Travel during the second week for training is mandatory, with locations flexible.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
