Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support multifamily residential clients in leveraging our property management software. You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use, building expertise across modules to drive client success.

The role emphasizes live support, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Travel for training may be required during the second week of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, math, or engineering.
• Experience providing live technical support via phone and email.
