Fortra is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team. You will work closely with prospective customers to understand technical and business requirements and demonstrate product capabilities, helping design tailored proposals that deliver maximum value.

You will also contribute to marketing initiatives, webinars, and events, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to drive successful customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing, software, or solutions-focused environment preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Engage in pre-sales activities by understanding customer requirements and demonstrating product capabilities.
• Design tailored solution proposals that deliver value to customers and address needs at all levels.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives such as webinars, tradeshows, and content development.
