The role centers on pre-sales activities, working with prospects to capture technical and business requirements, and delivering product demonstrations to illustrate value. The candidate will design tailored solution proposals, contribute to marketing initiatives, webinars, and events, and support business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Responsabilités

• Partner with sales representatives to support prospective customers.
• Conduct pain-discovery to understand customer needs.
• Develop, present, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Own the customer evaluation process including trials and proofs of concept.
• Address objections and work with teams on remediation.
• Prepare customer proposals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Estimate professional services effort and assist with project plans.
• Represent the company at industry events and webinars.
• Deliver technical presentations and respond to technical questions.
• Develop tailored solution proposals for maximum value.
• Collaborate with partners on events and enablement.
