Taco Bell Corp. in Vineland, NJ is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant General Manager and supervise AGMs, Shift Managers, and crew.

The ARM performs hands-on operational duties, drives customer service excellence, and helps manage financial controls and staffing. The ideal candidate is promotable to RGM within 18–24 months and demonstrates leadership, coaching, and adherence to company standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Mansioni

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in driving customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Exercise basic, shift-to-shift financial controls to meet profit margin targets.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing of crew and shift managers.
• Provide hands-on training and development for management staff and crew.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
