Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations in Mantua Township, NJ. The ARM will supervise AGMs, Shift Managers, and team members, ensuring service standards and product quality while supporting financial targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and the promotion-ready path to RGM within 18–24 months, with focus on customer satisfaction, training, and operation execution

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Drives customer-focused culture by leading by example in resolving customer issues and training managers and crew.
• Tracks, analyzes and resolves sources of customer complaints.
• Ensures that facilities and equipment are maintained to Company standards.
• Develops and drives the restaurant annual operating plan.
