Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant General Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and financial controls in a fast-paced environment. The ARM will train employees, uphold quality standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership potential to advance to RGM within 18 months, with a track record of improving service, profitability, and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service excellence and ensure product quality.
• Develop and monitor the restaurant operating plan and margins.
• Oversee facilities, inventory, scheduling, and service speed (SWS).
• Direct HR activities including hiring, training, performance management, and compliance.
