Job summary

Taco Bell seeks an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant General Manager and help supervise daily operations in Delran Township, NJ. You will lead customer service, maintain brand standards, and drive profitability while training crew and managing HR tasks.

This role targets promotable candidates within 18–24 months to become RGM, with hands-on leadership and ongoing coaching to improve guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail is required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate service and maintain high product quality.
• Develop and monitor annual operating plan and adjust to meet margins.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and HR activities at restaurant level.
• Train and mentor staff on performance and learning initiatives.
