Job summary

Taco Bell in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, provide additional supervision during operating hours, and help ensure adherence to brand standards and service excellence.

This role trains crews, handles onboarding, analyzes performance, and leads efforts to improve customer experience while safeguarding profits. The ARM is expected to progress toward RGM within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Delivers fast, accurate service while maintaining guest relations and product quality.
• Develops and manages the restaurant's annual operating plan and performance targets.
• Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and other controllable accounts and takes corrective action.
• Oversees HR activities including hiring decisions, training, performance management and staffing plans.
• Ensures facilities, equipment and food safety standards meet company expectations.
