Job summary

Taco Bell in Marlton, NJ is seeking an Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) to assist the Restaurant General Manager and help run daily operations with hands-on leadership.

The ARM will supervise crew, ensure food safety and quality, manage schedules, training, and financial controls to support margin targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences. The role is designed as a stepping stone toward an RGM position within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail is required.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
