The ARM drives customer service, enforces product and facility standards, manages food safety, and supports financial controls to meet margins.

This role develops staff and prepares for promotion to RGM within 18 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train hourly employees.
