You will coordinate with TELUS Digital’s practice areas to craft top-tier proposals, manage client expectations, and drive growth in modernization, cloud, and IT services.

The role spans Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Consumer sectors, with hybrid work in one of several U.S. offices or remote with travel.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in modernization engagements for large enterprises or F-500 clients
• Experience leading digital transformations in IT services or consulting
• Proven track record across multiple accounts and clients
• Ability to identify business issues and articulate value to stakeholders
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, with executive presence

Responsibilities

• Identify target strategic accounts and articulate TELUS Digital's capabilities to clients
• Lead development of executive-level proposals, pitches, and SOWs
• Cultivate and extend C-level relationships with current clients
• Collaborate with delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and sales cycles
• Stay ahead of industry trends to inform client optimization projects
• Travel up to 25% for client visits; remote team members may travel more to maintain office presence
