Responsabilités

• Support plant leadership in achieving business goals by leading continuous improvement/cost-out initiatives.
• Develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve yield.
• Create and maintain standardized work elements and visual controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, quality, EHS, maintenance, engineering) to meet project goals.
• Develop capital equipment requests and participate in capital planning.
