Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in an engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and lead Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, standard work).
• Lead kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Achieve cost-out targets through waste reduction and best-practice sharing.
• Evaluate and improve operations using manufacturing principles to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
• Lead capital improvement projects including equipment and facility enhancements.
• Support new product development through manufacturability and industrialization activities.
