Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in an engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing Operations.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Implement and lead Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, standard work).
Lead kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects from concept to implementation.
Achieve cost-out targets through waste reduction and best-practice sharing.
Evaluate and improve operations using manufacturing principles to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
Lead capital improvement projects including equipment and facility enhancements.
Support new product development through manufacturability and industrialization activities.
