Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Jonesville, SC site. You will support plant leadership through continuous improvement initiatives, developing efficient manufacturing processes and maintaining quality standards. Relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years fabrication, welding, assembly, or coil winding experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred for this role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and problem-solving methodologies is desired.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or similar quality processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize manufacturing cells and flow lines for safety, productivity, and yield.
• Maintain standardized work elements and visual controls.
• Lead cost-out initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to resolve production detractors and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and budgets.
• Develop and execute capital equipment and process improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and training.
