Eaton is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Kings Mountain, NC facility. This full-time on-site role reports to the Plant Manager and leads the Engineering Department to drive manufacturing excellence and organizational capability.

Responsibilities include direction for NPI, productivity, and cost reduction while meeting schedules. Leads manufacturing and process engineering, oversees maintenance, facilities, and program management, and champions EHS and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience directly managing people in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 3 years’ technical experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/Plant Engineering, Production Planning, Quality Control, metal cutting, fabrication, and machine application.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a program and/or project management role.
• Relocation support available for candidates within the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an active member of Kings Mountain Senior Leadership team, contributing to strategy, direction, and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic plans to address current and future department and plant challenges.
• Conduct performance reviews to improve organizational performance.
• Manage Engineering Department including Manufacturing, Systems, Tool Design, Maintenance, Facilities, and Program Management.
• Lead capital programs to support profits and strategic plans.
• Direct engineering services for changes to factory operations.
