Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Middlesex, NC location. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with an annual salary range of $71,000 to $105,000, depending on skills and experience.

The engineer will support the Cross Functional Team, drive process improvements, and manage capital projects through MOC with emphasis on safety and quality. Responsibilities include audits, data analysis, and implementing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve cost and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• ITAR confinement requires U.S. person status.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day floor operations with the Cross Functional Team (CFT).
• Lead and implement data-driven improvements to processes, safety, quality, and manufacturability.
• Manage Capital Engineering projects and follow the MOC process; capture cost savings.
