Job summary

The successful candidate will drive standardized work, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Design, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to implement improvements and support new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred; internships and co‑op experience considered.
• Experience in structural steel, roll forming, metal fabrication, or heavy manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost across structural steel roll forming, punching, welding, and assembly operations.
• Lead Lean initiatives and Kaizen events; drive waste elimination and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Develop manufacturing routings, work instructions, and process documentation; support NPI and capex projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology
