Job summary

Novisync Solutions Inc. is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist to provide day-to-day data center operational support in Memphis, TN.

This onsite role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays when the customer requires. You will escalate and coordinate with dispatched field engineers, manage parts shipping and inventory, maintain environment documentation, and execute customer-directed system updates.

Qualifications

• Basic network experience required.
• Experience reading Linux logs.
• Linux CLI experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day data center operational support.
• Escort and coordinate with dispatched field engineers.
• Manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Maintain environment documentation (serial numbers, elevations, runbooks).
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance.
• Execute customer-directed system and version updates.
• Proactively monitor servers and notify customers of issues.
• Open and manage service requests; triage and coordinate break/fix activities with vendors.
• Perform troubleshooting, log collection, and follow vendor-recommended resolutions.
• Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities.
• Handle parts replacement and hardware deployment.
• Perform OS installation, GPU configuration, and testing.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure operational readiness.
• Handle random or urgent issues as they arise, serving as a flexible escalation point.
