Qualifications

• Basic network experience required.
• Experience reading Linux logs required.

Responsibilities

• Ticket management and tracking
• Provide day-to-day data center operational support
• Escort and coordinate with dispatched field engineers
• Manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Maintain and update environment documentation (serial numbers, elevations, runbooks)
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance
• Execute customer-directed system and version updates
• Proactively monitor servers and notify customers of issues
• Open and manage service requests; triage with Dell support
• Perform troubleshooting, log collection, and follow vendor-recommended resolutions
• Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities
• Handle parts replacement and hardware deployment
• Perform OS installation, GPU configuration, and testing
• Conduct system testing and validation for operational readiness
• Handle urgent issues as escalation and coordination point
