Job summary

Novisync Solutions Inc. is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist to support day-to-day data center operations, perform hardware repair, and coordinate with dispatched engineers. The role requires strong customer communication, teamwork, and ability to lift heavy parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ticket management, OS installations, and environmental documentation, with weekend/holiday coverage as needed. Experience with Dell hardware is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic networking experience required.
• Experience reading Linux logs and using Linux CLI.
• Hardware repair and data center support experience.

Responsibilities

• Ticket management and tracking.
• Provide day-to-day data center operational support.
• Escort and coordinate dispatched field engineers.
• Manage parts shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Perform OS installation and hardware testing.
• Coordinate with colocation teams for power and cooling.
• Be able to lift up to 65 pounds and work on ladders.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
