Job summary

ELEVI Associates in Memphis, TN is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist, Service Delivery to support data center operations, hardware repair, and detailed coordination with dispatched field engineers.

The role requires strong customer communication, Linux experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, including after-hours and weekend support when needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card.
  • Willing to work weekends/holidays as required.
  • Comfortable with hardware repair and server maintenance.
  • Able to read Linux logs and use the Linux CLI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ticket management and tracking.
  • Provide day-to-day data center operational support.
  • Escort and coordinate with dispatched field engineers.
  • Manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory.
  • Maintain environment documentation (serial numbers, elevations, runbooks).
  • Coordinate with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance.
  • Execute customer-directed system and version updates.
  • Proactively monitor servers and notify customers of issues.
  • Open and manage service requests; triage with Dell support.
  • Perform troubleshooting and follow vendor resolutions.
  • Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities.

Associate Implementation Specialist, Service Delivery

You will need to have these skills to join our team:

Required Skills
  • Resident must be flexible in working during weekends and holidays when customer requires.
  • Strong customer communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
  • Comfortable with hardware repair side; experience with server maintenance, part replacement, and confidence to support and add skills as needed; prior Dell FSE experience a plus.
  • Basic network experience.
  • Experience reading Linux logs.
  • Linux CLI experience.
Nice to Have Skills
  • RoCE network experience.
  • Nvidia GPU/NIC experience.

  • Perform troubleshooting, log collection, and follow vendor‑recommended resolutions.
  • Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities.
  • Handle parts replacement and hardware deployment.
  • Perform OS installation, GPU configuration, and any testing.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure operational readiness.
  • Handle random or urgent issues as they arise, serving as flexible escalation and coordination point.
Pay Range

60,200-70,200

Salary influenced by location, contract categories, experience, skills, and certifications.
