i2G Systems in Sterling, VA is seeking an Associate Electronic Security Project Manager to support large-scale program delivery and independently manage smaller installations. You will coordinate local engineering, sales, technical teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems, construction coordination, or related tech support.
• Familiarity with electronic security platforms such as Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, or fire alarm systems is highly desired.
• Ability to learn and interpret security blueprints, electrical drawings, and civil construction plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with project scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: assist Project Managers with tracking lifecycles, schedules, and risk reports.
• Small-Scale Management: own smaller security integration projects from start to finish.
• Coordination & Communication: liaise between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Documentation & Quality Control: maintain project folders and update drawings.
• Technical Integration: assist integration engineers with programming security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Document Review: read and interpret basic security drawings and civil/electrical packages.
• Proposal Assistance: help sales/engineering create proposals and change orders.
