Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior leader to own the Microsoft 365 digital workplace, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, enterprise search, and the corporate intranet. You will shape strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmaps while delivering value through modernization and compliant information management.
The role blends hands-on configuration with MSP governance, driving adoption, training, and scalable solutions across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Information Systems/Business or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive enterprise collaboration/digital workplace experience.
- Experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, intranet, enterprise search, and Viva capabilities.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for Microsoft Teams and coordinate policies with Productivity & Messaging Platforms.
- Act as senior technical practitioner: hands-on configuration/engineering and MSP coordination.
- Serve as product owner for intranet and enterprise search: backlogs, templates, taxonomy, publishing standards.
- Establish governance/identity/access/lifecycle/records & retention standards and support compliance requirements.
- Lead migration remediation and modernization projects from discovery to value realization.
- Partner with business leaders on recommendations, training, and site/Team owner enablement.
- Direct MSP/vendor delivery with scope/SOWs, service levels, and performance reviews.
