Mass General Brigham seeks an Associate Director of Development to lead gift planning strategy and donor cultivation. You will coordinate with the major gifts team to grow the Gift Planning program and collaborate with physicians, researchers, and leadership.

You will manage a portfolio of 200–250 prospects and work with legal and donor relations on complex gift planning. The role supports a hybrid work schedule and regional fundraising efforts.

Formación

• 5-7 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse internal and external audiences.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM (or Raiser's Edge) and MS Office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies for cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of gift planning prospects and donors.
• Manage a portfolio of 200–250 prospects capable of deferred and outright gifts.
• Meet annual fundraising and performance metrics.
• Prepare gift proposals and provide technical financial, estate and tax information.
• Collaborate with legal and donor relations teams on complex gift planning.
