Mass General Brigham is seeking an Assistant Director of Development to strengthen our philanthropic program within the Development Office. The role focuses on qualification, cultivation, and solicitation of gifts below $250K to build a pipeline of unrestricted support and future major donors.

You will collaborate with philanthropic relations, physicians, and department leadership to align strategies, document all activity, and meet annual fundraising metrics while upholding the highest

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in data entry, data management and reporting
