Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience devising cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of prospects and donors; meet annual fundraising metrics.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward new donors with confidentiality.
• Conduct donor meetings and move management, document in CRM.
• Collaborate across fundraising teams to achieve department goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital and institutional partners.
