Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Development Office seeks an Associate Director of Development to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects and donors. You will manage a portfolio, collaborate with physicians and staff, and meet annual fundraising targets within a mission-driven nonprofit healthcare setting.

Lead moves management, document activity in Blackbaud CRM, and partner with hospital teams to advance philanthropic priorities and comprehensive donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years of related fundraising experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build and actively manage a portfolio of prospects and donors; solicit and close gifts.
• Formulate, document and execute prospect and donor moves management strategies.
• Document work in the donor database and collaborate across fundraising teams.
• Develop relationships with hospital and institutional partners to support engagement and giving.
