Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Field Analytics to lead secondary data analytics supporting business strategy and field optimization for successful commercialization of BeOne products. Collaboration with COBA, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales is essential.

The role emphasizes development of targeting, call plans, and dashboards, with potential expansion to global activities outside China. 15–20% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with concentration in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business
• Biotech or pharmaceutical experience required
• Oncology experience preferred, hematology preferred
• Hands on understanding of secondary data sources (e.g., syndicated sales, longitudinal patient-level data, payer data)
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Strong project management and vendor management experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven targeting for accounts, health systems, and physicians
• Conduct field force targeting, sizing, and structural analyses
• Develop field force call plans and integrate them into CRM/SFA systems
• Partner across functions to set benchmarks and KPIs for product/marketing initiatives
• Determine territory alignments to ensure coverage of key accounts and adapt plans as needed
• Support field incentive compensation design and administration
• Provide ad hoc analyses to senior management and internal stakeholders
• Integrate secondary research findings with primary research and forecasting
• Create communication plans to maximize impact of insights on product strategies
• Share key insights with cross-functional partners in corporate and ex-US affiliates
