Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with experience in commercial analytics and sales operations.
• Proficient with secondary data sources (claims, patient data, payer data), SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and mapping software.
• Strong analytical, project management, vendor management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven targeting and call plans for sales.
• Analyze territory alignments and sales force effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on market segmentation, KPIs, and benchmarking.
• Support sales incentive programs.
• Design and improve sales systems and dashboards.
• Provide actionable insights and ad hoc analyses.
• Integrate secondary research with primary data.
