Qualifications

• 7–9 years of analytics/strategy experience in an ad agency, management consulting, or ad tech.
• Strong client relationships and multi‑project management ability.
• Experience leading a team and shaping data‑driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client and internal teams to implement data frameworks and marketing strategies.
• Expand client work by developing recommended approaches and scope.
• Evaluate new data opportunities, technology, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with retail media clients to drive commerce outcomes.
• Foster creative data use across Media, Creative, CRM and eCommerce.
• Oversee project execution and best practices.
• Support career growth through department training.
