Job summary

Digitas in Chicago is seeking a Vice President/Director of Data & Analysis to align data-driven strategy with client goals, lead a team of analysts, and manage ongoing client relationships for a global CPG client.

You will guide internal teams in developing data-driven strategies across analytics, CRM, and eCommerce, while mentoring staff and supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 10–12 years of analytics, data strategy, or consulting experience.
• Strong B2B experience with knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, and data.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations for senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven strategies and solutions for client challenges.
