Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Associate Director, Commerce Operations for our Amazon squad. You will bridge strategy with day-to-day operations, guiding promotions, catalog optimization, and retail readiness to drive growth for client brands.

In this hybrid role, you will translate performance data into actionable recommendations, oversee inventory and performance metrics, and collaborate with Retail Services Leads and Commerce Managers to resolve complex operational scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment to tie Amazon execution to client outcomes.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization for executive briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and translate performance to recommendations.
• Advise on promotions, content, catalog, availability, and retail execution.
• Guide catalog setup, PDP optimization, A+ content, and variation structures.
• Conduct audits of marketplace operations and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with commerce managers to troubleshoot catalog issues.
