Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an Associate Director, Retail Management Services (Amazon) to lead strategic and operational efforts for our Amazon portfolio. You will sit between the Retail Services Lead and Commerce Managers, translating performance data into actionable growth recommendations and guiding on promotions, catalog, and retail readiness.

This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands-on troubleshooting, demanding deep experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience managing enterprise-level Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) accounts.
Ability to interpret data and translate trends into actionable recommendations.
Strong knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, and the ticketing ecosystem.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) for large catalog data.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day strategic support and guidance on promotions, content, catalog, availability, and retail execution.
Lead operational audits and assess in-stock levels, PO rejections, missed sales, and SKU profitability.
Collaborate with commerce managers to resolve catalog errors and platform hurdles.
Interpret Amazon performance data and synthesize insights for clients.
Align retail metrics with client business goals and growth priorities.
