Job summary

WTW is seeking a skilled commercial risk professional to independently manage complex client relationships and deliver tailored risk management guidance across diverse industries. The role involves strategic renewal meetings, quotes, and comprehensive account servicing for mid-to-large clients.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and underwriters, develop competitive programs, and oversee onboarding and marketing efforts while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 4+ years brokerage experience in various industries and middle market clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client relationships and accounts.
• Prepare strategy renewal meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and underwriters.
