Job summary

Willis A&E, a specialized practice within WTW Construction, is seeking an Associate Client Advocate (ACA) for an entry-level path into insurance brokerage, risk management, and client service. The ACA will support Client Advocates and the Willis A&E team in delivering exceptional service to design professional clients.

The role includes a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, risk management, claims advocacy, and consulting resources, with broad exposure to client

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance or demonstrated ability to fulfill role responsibilities.
• Candidates with experience in the Architects & Engineers (A&E) space would be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Initiative, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in business, insurance, risk management, construction, architecture, engineering, finance, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advocates in servicing and retaining a portfolio of architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting clients.
• Assist with the preparation of renewal strategies, proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Coordinate policy administration activities, including issuance, endorsements, certificates, and documentation.
• Assist with the collection, organization, and analysis of underwriting and exposure information.
• Support interactions with insurance carriers and broker partners to help secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and industry events to gain knowledge of the design professional marketplace.
• Assist with claims advocacy and risk management initiatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives that support the continued growth of Willis A&E.
