Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Client Advocate to maintain client relationships and develop opportunities across Specialty Accounts on a national basis. You’ll respond to RFPs, assist in pitches, and help close expanded services with existing clients.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial P&C, strong negotiation, relationships, and project management skills, plus an active P&C license and CE activities. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role
• Able to analyze coverage forms and identify gaps; provide ongoing consultation
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models
• Relationship management to leverage resources and resolve conflicts
• Negotiation to close deals and manage stakeholder concessions
• Business acumen and knowledge of the marketplace
• Knowledge of renewal end-to-end process
• Excellent verbal and written communication; group presentation skills
• Strong project management; end-to-end oversight of large, complex projects
• Advocate for change and lead key work areas with clear guidance
• Receptive to feedback; strong problem-solving and adaptability
• Curiosity to develop innovative ideas; relevant online tools familiarity
• Must maintain P&C license and CE activities; designations preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and develop opportunities with clients
• Respond to RFPs, assist in pitches and broader proposals
• Collaborate with Head of Client Advocacy on training, KPIs, turnaround time and compliance
• Support specialty accounts on a national basis and leverage insurer relationships
