Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Surety Client Advocate to oversee account management, driving service, retention and sales goals across the client service and broking teams. You will manage a book of business, prepare proposals and coordinate policy inquiries to deliver optimal coverage and client value.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate client data and service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial property and casualty client management experience.
• Experience servicing middle market and large risk managed accounts.
• Strong analysis and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with year-over-year growth expectations.
• Provide direction to servicing and broking teams.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using marketing resources and specialists.
• Research and answer client policy and coverage questions.
• Develop program design and final proposals for clients.
• Maintain client data and sales pipeline.
